Michelle Guske

Michelle Guske, RYT is a 200/hr certified Viniyoga instructor on the Eastside. Viniyoga is a therapeutic style of yoga that allows her to share this healing tradition through various classes including Cancer Lifeline gentle yoga, Healing your Low Back Series, Yoga for Golf, and Restorative yoga. She is a passionate student/ practitioner of Tao Fawu Qigong and meditation at Kulshan College. She is very excited to share the simplicity of meditation with others through the "Introduction to Meditation" series. Meditation is transformative and available to everyone. Leah VanderStoep

Leah VanderStoep is a student of medical qigong, medical intuition, meditation, and mysticism. She will be assisting Heidi M. Hawkins at an introductory course on April 28th for World Qigong Day. Leah is excited to share the basics of Tao Fawu Qigong, a style of qigong that allows each person to be at the helm of his or her own healing.
